A comprehensive material handling and Conveyor System Installation was executed at Coca-Cola’s New Jersey facility, significantly upgrading its operational capacity and efficiency. The project involved the Conveyor System Installation of an extensive 9,500 feet of Motorized Driven Roller (MDR), belt, and case conveyor systems, designed to streamline product movement throughout the plant. Key automation components included the integration of four high-capacity palletizers, ten spiral conveyors for vertical transportation, and five automated stretch wrappers to prepare goods for shipment. A major structural element of the project was the construction and integration of an 80,000 square foot mezzanine, substantially increasing usable floor space and optimizing the facility’s layout for enhanced workflow. This large-scale project provided Coca-Cola with a state-of-the-art, integrated conveyor and material handling solution.
